Katie Dall from Club KT will be getting you all warmed-up before you hit the stairs on the day.  Katie is a Personal Trainer and Running Coach based at Waterfront Park Newstead who has a love of the outdoors. She discovered a need for community based outdoor fitness sessions during the first COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020 and believes in a well-balanced, holistic approach to reaching personal goals. Katie runs one on one, small group and boot camp-style sessions and has a passion for assisting runners and those new to running with their strength and conditioning programs to get them to the start line injury-free, happy, and confidently ready to crush PBs!
